Hiya, fellow gym and fitness freaks. Ian Hendy here telling you about my gym. We have two floors with lots of cardio equipment for all those fit, lean people out there - and those who want to be. We have literally tonnes of free weights and machines for all those people who wish to look like something out of Jurassic Park!

We cater for everyone. We have young, old, big, slim, male/female. You name it - we'll train it!

We can and will advise on any aspect of your gym/fitness requirements, we have expert knowledge in these fields.
