Sports Injury

   

As we are all aware, injury is and always will be a very common part of an athletes career - the proverbial pain in the backside! A carefully constructed weights program can AID recovery in many cases.

A light rehabilitation workout can be just enough to increase blood flow and restore strength back to the injury. As is always the case, advice from a fully qualified physiotherapist is advised.

Also, supplementation can vastly aid an injury. I recommend Glucosamine Sulphate, which is a fantastic tool when an injury is slowing down your training. I have used it several times and found it to be excellent. Cod liver oil and evening primrose are a not so close second - but still very good.
