Diet and Nutrition
Some people argue that training
is 80% - diet 20% or visa versa. I totally disagree. To have a perfect
holistic lifestyle is a recipe of three elements...All equally as important
as each other!
A good balanced diet should have
all three main dietry food groups:
Carbohydrates - Proteins - Fats.
But Note, Percentages will increase/decrease in relation to body type
and metabolism use the above as a guide only.
Depending on which sport or activity you specialise
in, the supplementation will vary |
