The gym is spread over two floors, with the reception overlooking the main upper gym. Upstairs has been designed mainly for upper body resistance training, this is where you will find all our free weights, cable machines and plate loaded upper body machines. We also have all of our cardio situated on this floor, where you will find steppers, cross trainer, treadmills, rowing machine, spin bike and regular bikes.
