We all love a little treat, however when trying to eat a low carb diet and watch the sugars it can be difficult. Pancake choice is unlimited with the range of great tasting protein powders available on the market today. With a little imagination you can pretty much make anything!
Today we have a chocolate protein pancake, you can vary the amount of carbs you put in it depending on your dietary needs. We have made this one:
2 scoops of time 4 nutrition chocolate whey protein
2-3 egg whites (you could use 1 yolk with this)
1/4 cup of organic coconut flour (you could substitute this for 1/4 cup oats)
and optional you can add 1 tablespoon of meridian or whole earth peanut butter.
Blend all together and cook using organic coconut oil!
Then just add some Walden Farm sugar free Chocolate syrup! Yummy perfect mid morning or mid afternoon snack…just roll it up n foil and take it with you!
