Wow a flour-less dark chocolate protein cake…too good to be true! But…its not!
5 scoops (90g) chocolate whey protein (we use “Time 4” chocolate mousse)
80-100g Stevia sugar free dark chocolate
240g liquid egg whites
1 tbsp baking powder
60g butter (low fat butter)
120g sugar free syrup (or chocolate syrup)
228g Quark fat free cream cheese
Mix all ingredients together, pour in to a cake tin and bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
