We all get the munchies, especially later in the evening. Try this protein treat which is perfect as a pre-bedtime snack.
Chocolate peanut butter pudding.
2-3 scoops chocolate whey (depending on protein required)
1 teaspoon natural peanut butter
1/4 cup almond/coconut milk (maybe less depending on how thick you like it, although it does thicken when it sets. You can also use water)
*optional 1/3 cup Stevia chocolate drops/pieces
Mix protein with either almond/coconut milk or water until it forms a slightly lose paste. Then add in the smooth peanut butter and stir until a pudding texture and consistency is achieved. Then add in sugar free chocolate chips, sugar free reese mini peanut butter cups or even a few nuts if desired. Put it into the freezer for 20 minutes.
