This subject seems to cause a myriad of confusion
- "not enough chiefs, to many Indians", comes to mind.
As I have said before, there is no secret, no ingenuous
diet, and no magic formula. Just Plain and simple hard work!
If having a six pack, or a backside looking like
two boiled eggs in a hanky was easy, we'd all be looking like that. A
constructive routine of cardiovascular exercise combined with a weights
circuit, and most importantly when aiming for weight reduction - a calorie
controlled diet should be at the forefront of your planning.
Simple mathematics, eat 500 calories less than
your body requires in the form of a balanced diet, combine it with a cardio'
routine, and the out come is simple; Reduced body fat, a leaner - more
toned physique, a fitter body and of course - a lighter, more streamlined
